Hall Facilities
The facilities available a Great Haseley Village Hall:
- The maximum number of people permitted in the hall is 150 (unless Government COVID-19 social distance rules & restrictions apply)
- The main hall is approximately 6m Wide, 15m Long (to stage) / 19m including stage and approximately 3.25m High (to beams). Excluding entrance, toilets, bar and kitchen.
- There is one large well presented space with:
- a wooden sprung floor
- revolving glitter ball
- 10 large tables seating 8
- 12 medium tables seating 6
- 6 small round cafe tables
- 120 fold-up chairs
- bar with a fixed beer bottle opener (a license is required if alcohol is going to be sold) A license is not required for a private hirer event where alcohol drinks are being served at no charge.
- wall mounted radiant heaters
- stage (e.g. suitable for a disco and lights to be mounted on or a live band and their equipment)
- full music license covering live and recorded music, 7 days a week, daytime and evenings
- PA System available (at additional cost)
- wi-fi is being added soon.
- A fitted kitchen with:
- 2 full sized cookers each with an oven
- fridge
- microwave
- plates, cutlery, kitchen boards, kettle & tea urn, pots & pans, knifes & preparation tools
- a large selection of glasses including tumblers, wine glasses, flutes suitable for Champagne or Prosecco and 1 pint beer glasses
- 2 sinks (one for washing up & one for hand-washing) with hot-water heater
- paper towel, washing up liquid, tea towels, hand soap, bin bags, etc are provided
- ladies & gents toilets and a separate disabled toilet
- Plenty of on-street car parking nearby is always available. No on-site car park.
